Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. You can place your order and pay when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by unforeseen circumstances, weather or courier issues.

How can I check the status of my order?

Can I return or exchange my product?
We do not accept returns or refunds when the correct item has been delivered in good condition, so please review your order carefully before placing it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement after verifying your request.
Are your products good quality?
We choose our products carefully and check every order before dispatch. If something is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
